Hannah LLoyd-WestSenior Account ManagerAs a Senior Account Manager, Hannah draws on over 5 years experience in Community, Social and Account Management to embed herself in client teams as counsel on all things strategic digital campaigns.Communication is a central tenet of Hannah’s role, to ensure that campaigns are managed smoothly from inception to execution. From delivering strategies, ideating hero videos, developing partner toolkits and more, Hannah cares deeply about bringing bespoke, purpose-driven briefs to life, understanding the power of digital storytelling to galvanise audiences into action, to do good, and to stand up for the nice things in the world.Prior to joining Empower in early 2022, Hannah headed up the account management team at a creative social media agency working on international commercial campaigns. She delivered conversation-catalysing and (dare she say) rather funny socials for Jollibee, Flying Goose, and more. In a freelance capacity, Hannah has been a resident copywriter for Status Online, a digital publication hosted by the Family Stability Network where she published articles on VAWG. Hannah is also an author for The Mighty, where she publishes articles on the topics of disability and mental health.As an autistic woman, Hannah is deeply committed to demystifying Neurodiversity.
