We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive / Junior Marketing Manager to join our team. 

We’re looking for an agency professional ready to take the next step in their career, working on impactful campaigns while transitioning into an account management role over the course of their first year with us.

🎉 About the role

  • JOB TITLE: Senior Account Executive / Junior Account Manager
  • LOCATION: Based in the UK. This is primarily a remote role, with monthly in-person team meetings in London which you will be required to attend, and optional local coworking 
  • WORKING HOURS: Full-time 37.5 hours a week (core working hours 10am – 4pm). Flexi working hours and part-time applications (min. 4 days a week) considered.
  • SALARY: £28 – £34,000, depending on experience
  • START DATE: October-November 2025
  • ROLE: 12 month fixed term maternity leave cover, with potential to become permanent

💻 What you'll be doing

You’ll work alongside Account Managers and Account Directors, with direct access to our Founders. This role bridges execution and strategy, giving you the perfect platform to develop your account management skills:

Client Partnership & Growth:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across multiple accounts
  • Support account growth initiatives and identify opportunities for expanded partnerships
  • Work with senior team members to develop client strategies and proposals
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions

Campaign Excellence:

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality organic and paid social media, content creation, and community management across platforms including LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram
  • Collaborate with specialists on paid media, email marketing, and search campaigns
  • Ensure all work meets Empower’s exceptional standards and is delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop creative concepts and innovative campaign approaches

Strategic Development:

  • Contribute to digital strategy development for clients, working closely with Account Managers and Directors
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Support knowledge transfer and training initiatives for clients
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Mentor and support junior team members as you grow into the Account Manager role
  • Take increasing ownership of client accounts and internal projects
  • Contribute to agency development initiatives and best practice sharing
  • Work closely with our leadership team on strategic business development

Professional Development:

  • Take part in our structured progression programme toward Account Manager responsibilities
  • Develop skills in business development, team management, and strategic planning
  • Build expertise in client relationship management and account growth
