These results are taken from our latest survey. ### 70% identify as having neurodivergent traits ### 71% see meaningful changes in inclusive policies ### 33% identify as non-white ### 46% have a disability ### 95% feel included at work ### 90% stated that Empower is run on strong values and principles ### 85% would recommend Empower as a good place to work ## 10,000 Black Interns Empower partnered with the 10,000 Black Interns Programme to discover untapped talent within the black community, and to foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace. No Black employee should have to change their natural or protective hairstyle in order to thrive at work.
