Kate O’NeillAccount DirectorKate is an Account Director with over six years of agency experience in digital marketing, with a specialism in delivering strategic paid media campaigns.Kate enjoys embedding herself into client teams to fully understand the challenges they face both internally and externally, in order to find and deliver meaningful, impactful and efficient solutions.She is passionate about the impact that digital media can have in enacting change, bringing people and good causes together.Kate originally joined Empower as an Account Manager before being promoted to Account Director in 2023.Prior to working in Empower, Kate worked at Forward Action as Marketing & Partnerships officer, and at Mindshare as a Senior Account Executive running paid media advertising for IBM, so she’s worked on a wide range of clients of all different sizes and sectors, and brings this experience to Empower’s clients.Kate lives in Balham with her partner and beloved cat Sana.
