Jed Chapman Strategist & Account Manager As a Strategist, Jed brings his interest in trends, industry updates and emerging technologies into projects that support Empower’s clients to maximise their impact. Working closely with clients to build strong relationships as their regular contact, Jed seeks to bring fresh insights and approaches to projects informed by his role as a Strategist. Whether it’s new platform features or changing audience behaviours, Jed keeps a close eye on the digital landscape. Outside of his role as an Account Manager, Jed works to keep Empower’s finger on the pule of an ever-changing digital environment. With a keen interest in data and trends, he works to uncover insights to bolster performance for Empower’s clients. His approach to new technologies and values-aligned work led Empower to develop its AI Manifesto. Prior to joining Empower in 2022, Jed held roles in UNHCR’s Global Social Media Team, as well as working as a Content and Communications Officer for the 2020 Refugee Olympic & Paralympic teams. He previously supported Lancaster City Council’s communication’s campaign as part of the National Voter Registration Drive in 2017. Living on Dartmoor, Jed is a big fan of the outdoors and a passionate downhill skateboarder. He spends much of his free time travelling in search of inclines – in the UK and beyond.
