Co-Founder

Jaz Co-Founded Empower in 2014, and in 2024 stepped away from 20 years of client direction to work with Ben to lead Empower’s development, with a focus on People and Resourcing.

Jaz is passionate about good working lives, and exploring the way a small business can punch above its weight to do things differently, creating ripples of positivity through Empower’s human led approach to our client work and team.

Previous to Empower, Jaz’s Marketing and PR agency life at Mindshare, Red Consultancy and Text 100 gave Jaz a career start, working for the likes of Jaguar and Unilever. Jaz then pivoted to the third sector, with stints at Amnesty International, the Guardian, and UNHCR the UN Refugee Agency.

Jaz lives in the Ashdown Forest in Sussex with Ben and her children. She loves being in nature and gardening, and is learning to grow fruit and vegetables with her young children.
